Join us in August of 2024 for D&D in a Castle on American soil! It's bound to be the highlight of your year. Immerse yourself in stories and memories that will last a lifetime, in the the magical setting of The Mohican Castle.

Purchase your registration and accommodation below, and other options below. Registration is per person. Both Registration and Accommodation purchases are required for a complete booking. Scroll down to find details of Accommodation options. Prices are listed in USD. See all announced Dungeon Masters below.

  • Registration for all guests includes: all meals, refreshments, gaming, entertainment and activities throughout the 4 days of D&D in a Castle. It also includes use of the airport shuttles, which will carry guests to the Castle from Cleveland and Columbus Airports, and return them again at the end of the event.

Player Registration: Includes a seat in a 24-hour Campaign, played across 4 days, with one of our world-class DMs.

Hardcore Mode Registration: Includes a seat at our Hardcore Mode Campaign, with 36+ hours of campaign time over the 4 days of D&D in a Castle.

Companion Mode Registration: For guests joining a Player Guest or Hardcore Mode Guest but not wanting to participate in a Campaign. Includes everything except a seat in a Campaign.

 
  • Pricing is per room, and capacity of the room will be indicated. So if you are a party of two, you can add a room with a capacity of 2 or more. You need only add and pay for the room once, and then share it - similar with greater capacity rooms. Prices include all taxes and fees.

    Rooms with Wheelchair / ADA Accessibility are held back from typical sales. Please let us know if you have accessibility needs so we release to you an appropriate room.

    If a room lists two different capacities, such as "2 or 4", it means the room has a standard capacity of 2, but contains a sofa bed that can be made up to increase the capacity to 4. To have the sofa bed made up and thus increase the capacity of the room, please email us at contact@dndinacastle.com after you purchase the room. We will then invoice you the fee for making up the sofa bed, which is $100 per night for the duration of your stay.

    Highlands Room: Private, queen bed, room in the Highlands Building, a short walk from the main Castle. The casual elegance of this suite is reminiscent of a country estate, with a cosy dining nook perfect for enjoying a cup of morning coffee or a quick snack, and a deck to relax on.

    Highlands Suites: Private, queen bed, room in the Highlands Building, a short walk from the main Castle. The casual elegance of this suite is reminiscent of a country estate, with a cosy dining nook perfect for enjoying a cup of morning coffee or a quick snack, and a deck to relax on. Room includes a queen sleeper sofa that can be made up for an additional $100 per night and increases the capacity from 2 to 4.

    Stables King Suites: Private King room in the Stables Building across from the main Castle. Stay in the European inspired Stables King Suite. Each ground level suite is immaculately designed with luxury in mind. Enjoy your oversized whirlpool tub. Sit back and relax on the shared back patio, with a gorgeous view and outdoor seating fire pit. Your suite has stunning panoramic views of a glacial gorge formed thousands of years ago and is the perfect spot to vacation in style. Room includes a queen sleeper sofa that can be made up for an additional $100 per night and increases the capacity from 2 to 4.

    Castle Queen Suites: One of two private queen bed suites within the main Castle, each uniquely decorated with special features and location within the castle. The Buchheit Suite has a sofa bed, which can be made up for an additional $100 per night to increase the capacity of the room.

    Buchheit Suite, Capacity 2 or 4, Price: $2,700 or $3,100

    Castle King Suites: One of eight private King suites within the main Castle, each uniquely decorated with special features and a seating area that contains a sofa bed, which can be made up for an additional $100 per night to increase the capacity of the room.

    Thane Cottage: Located within a short walking distance of the castle. Thane cottage is a cozy getaway with an open floor plan, private bath with a double Jacuzzi, and a private deck. The dining nook is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or a quick snack. Contains a Queen bed and a double sleeper sofa which can be made up for an additional $100 per night to increase the capacity from 2 to 4.

    Macbeth Cottage: A whole private cottage on the Castle grounds, all to yourself. Dating back to the late 1800’s, and completely renovated in the summer of 2023, the old architecture is combined with new features. Enjoy coffee in the dining nook or relax in the private outdoor hot tub. Contains a Queen bed and a double sleeper sofa which can be made up for an additional $100 per night to increase the capacity from 2 to 4.

    Landoll’s Suite: Inside of Landoll’s Mohican Castle is the most prestigious room we have to offer. Ascend the walnut spiral staircase to your private tower and enjoy a full view of the castle grounds, or enjoy a spectacular view from your private deck. The maple queen-size estate sleigh bed sits under a bronze chandelier. The bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. Room includes a queen sleeper sofa which can be made up for an additional $100 per night to increase the capacity from 2 to 4.

    Shared Suite: Reserve a queen bed in a shared room with 2 queen beds in the converted Stables Building across from the main Castle. Each ground level suite is immaculately designed with luxury in mind, including an oversized whirlpool tub. Sit back and relax on the shared back patio, with a gorgeous view and outdoor seating fire pit. Your suite has stunning views of the forest and is the perfect spot to vacation in style. Your room will be shared with another Shared Suite purchaser.
    Capacity: 1 (one queen bed in a shared room with 2 queen beds)
    Price: $1,500

    *The Shared Room (capacity of 1) option is the only option for which the whole room is NOT purchased. Instead guests are purchasing one bed in a shared room with another guest (stranger or friend) who purchases the same Shared Room option. Accommodation options must be purchased by all registered guests for a complete booking. Accommodations are purchased by room (guests may share one room purchase). Expand "Step2: Accommodation Options" for the range of room types and prices. All prices are for 4 nights, and include all taxes and fees.

When both a registration and accommodation Option are purchased, your booking is complete.

  • Here, you may reserve seats at a particular table, and view the available DMs.

    Dungeon Master seat reservations are per person. If you have two registrations and only one selection is made, the second guest will remain as unspecified and be assigned 2 months before the event.

    Optional Seat Reservation: You can reserve a seat with a DM any time up until you are assigned to a table, subject to space.

    By reserving a seat, you select the DM whose table you want to play at for your 24-hour campaign. The reservation fee is per person.

Her sessions, often filled with laughter and unexpected twists, empower players to shape the narrative, ensuring that every character gets a spotlight in a uniquely unpredictable adventure. A Theatre of the Mind DM, Aliza brings her acting and writing talents to bear in developing vivid scenes in the players' imaginations."

    Ted Adams - "Chimes of Discordia"
    Enter Nerdarchy's original mysterious realm where the struggle to save the world is pitted against the constant threat of impending chaos. Ted is the ultimate every-nerd, and an adaptive and relaxed DM who loves creating homebrew magic items and spells and bringing all the minis and terrain. His game will be built around the hopes and dreams of his players."

    Alcuin Gersh - “The Torch”
    Built like a Survival Horror game, this Campaign draws heavily on character backstories and allows players to take center stage in a drama of Shakespearean proportions inspired by Bigby's Glory of the Giants and Storm King's thunder. Alcuin is a veteran of actual play streaming as well as a contributing writer, developer and tester for countless gaming projects.

    B. Dave Walters - "Across Stars and Shadows"
    Embark on a cosmic odyssey that spans the terrifying expanses of Ravenloft, the complex alleyways of Sigil, and the boundless reaches of Spelljammer space. B. Dave Walters crafts narratives that challenge the very fabric of reality, intertwining twisted time loops with epic high-stakes encounters against mind flayers and archmages. Known for his roles on Black Dice Society and G4's Invitation to Party, B. Dave's sessions are unbounded by physical props, freeing imagination to its fullest.

    Beth the Bard - "Daughter of Frankenstein"
    The party must investigate the strange happenings around the land of Promethea, unraveling the larger mystery. Engage in compelling adventures of supernatural science fiction and gothic storytelling reminiscent of Free League's Vaesen & D&D’s Ravenloft. Beth is a professional Dungeon Master with almost 600 paid sessions in experience. She is a writer for companies such as Modiphius and Dungeon in a Box. She’s also been a blogger and educator for over a decade.

    Hardcore Mode - Dave Friant - “Valhalla Awaits”
    Embark on a quest for redemption in "Valhalla Awaits," a Hardcore Mode campaign set against the backdrop of impending Ragnarök. Designed for the truly brave, this adventure challenges players to petition the Norse gods across the nine realms, seeking to earn their place among the einherjar. Starting at 7th level, characters quickly advance as they prove their worth to Odin and the gods, navigating divine plots and preparing for the ultimate battle. Each player must confront their past flaws and heroic demise, striving to overcome these imperfections and secure their rightful place in Valhalla.

Optional Seat Reservation: As a Player Guest, you may at any time reserve seats at a particular table (such as our Hardcore Mode, Chronicle Mode, or Youth Table), subject to space. If you do not reserve a seat, we will assign you to a Campaign 2 months before the event.

Dungeon Master and Gaming Mode reservations are per person. If you have multiple registrations and only one reservation is made, the remaining guests will remain as unspecified and be assigned to a Campaign 2 months before the event.

    Getting there: Our courtesy guest shuttle will pick up guests who signup for the shuttle with a provided shuttle form. The shuttle will pick up on the first d y of the event at a nearby Airport at noon. Shuttle schedule will be communicated well in advance of the event to registered guests.
