Bring Your Group to D&D in a Castle

D&D in a Castle is epic when experienced with friends and family. We have two ways to save when you register as a group of 3 or more guests:

  • Option 1 - build your own group package for 4+ Players

Save up to $325 per person when you register 4 or more players. Here is how it works.

Write to us at contact@dndinacastle.com to let us know your party size and we will provide you with the means of purchasing with the best available discount for your group. Groups of 4 or 5 can receive up to $250 off per Player registration. Groups with 6 or more registrations can receive up to $325 off per Player registration.

You will then be invited to purchase your accommodations, add Companion guests, and reserve seats at specific gaming tables, all of which can be done through the events pages, subject to availability.

If you do not purchase seat reservations for specific Dungeon Masters or gaming modes for some or all of your Players, we will assign them to a Campaign about 2 months before the event begins. We always do our best to keep groups together, but that is subject to available space at individual gaming tables.

  • Option 2 - Book Out a Private Table

This option is for groups of 3+ guests who want a private table. No other guests will be added to your game, and we will assign a Dungeon Master* to run your adventure, based on your preferred gaming style. Private Table bookings include accommodation, and start at about $3,400 per person, including all taxes and fees for all 4 days and nights.

As there are so many possible combinations in a group, we expect you will have questions, so please just drop us a line at contact@dndinacastle.com to get a custom quote for your specific group size and needs. And we are always happy to answer all your questions without any obligation or pressure to buy.

*For private tables, if a specific Dungeon Master is requested who does not already have the ability to be converted into a private table for your group at the requested round, there may be additional Dungeon Master procurement fees.

"Attending D&D in a Castle with my group was transformative. Every moment was steeped in challenge and adventure, forging unforgettable memories together. It wasn't just a game of D&D—it was 4 days of laughter & camaraderie that we'll cherish forever. This experience deepened our bonds in ways we could have never imagined before experiencing it for ourselves."
