How Deposits Work

1) Purchase Your Deposit
Secure your spot for any future D&D in a Castle Event with a Deposit, and receive a credit to put towards your Player Registration. You’ll receive a deposit credit code via email for $1000. One Deposit can be applied per Player Registration.

2) Get Early Access and First Picks
Deposit Holders are the first to hear about new Events through a private emailing list. Get priority in choosing your desired event and preferred Dungeon Master.

3) Select Your Adventure
When you're ready, choose your round of D&D in a Castle, finalize your ticket purchase and apply your Deposit credit with the emailed code at checkout. Then, prepare to embark on an unforgettable D&D in a Castle journey.

More Details

On the purchase of your Deposit, you will be added to the VIP Deposit-Holder email list where you will receive your advance access notices and updates. You will receive a gift card code in your email inbox for $1,000, to be applied to your Player Registration for D&D in a Castle. One Deposit may be applied per Player Registration.

Your Deposit credit can be used towards registration (one Deposit per Player Registration) at any of our upcoming D&D in a Castle events when tickets are released. If you do not apply your deposit to any of our D&D in a Castle Events within a year, your Deposit will NOT expire. The amount spent on your Deposit will remain as credit available in your account with us for any future events.

Registration at D&D in a Castle includes 4 days of role-play gaming, food prepared by the Castle's chefs, and first-class entertainment, all in the setting of one of our curated fantatsical Castle-hotels. Guests will play 24 hours or more of their private Campaign with the Dungeon Master of their Campaign, and can participate in one-shots run by our special guests, as well as crafting and other activities and events at the castle.

Registration includes all meals, from a feast on the first night, to a farewell breakfast on the last morning. A shuttle to and from the Castle will be available from nearby major transportation hubs, as communicated with registrants.

The price of one round of D&D in a Castle in 2026 is $3,400 per person + accommodation, which starts at about $220 per person per night based on double occupancy.

Refundable Deposit
Enjoy peace of mind that your Deposit is fully refundable for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your Deposit is fully transferable without fee or penalty and can be used for any D&D in a Castle Event.

Validity & Security
The purchase value of your Deposit never expires, and any bonus credit remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, protecting your investment for future adventures.

Applicability
Your Deposit credit can be used towards the purchase of one Player Registration at any of our future D&D in a Castle Events . If you do not apply your deposit to any of our announced rounds, your Deposit will not expire. The amount spent on your Deposit will remain as credit available in your account with us for any future Event.
