D&D in a Castle Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of D&D in a Castle and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter:

No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, visit D&D in a Castle + D&D 50th Anniversary Giveaway Landing Page and follow the instructions to submit your entry. Limit one entry per person.

Giveaway Period:

The giveaway begins on [Start Date, TBD] and ends 14 days after launch. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Prize:

The winner will receive admission to participate in a "D&D in a Castle" event, including accommodations, meals, and exclusive "Dungeons & Dragons 50th Anniversary" merchandise. The specific date and location of the event will be communicated to the winner. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the discretion of D&D in a Castle.

Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected randomly and notified via email within 24 hours after the closing of the Giveaway. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited without liability of any kind whatsoever towards the Giveaway winner.

General Conditions:

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way, D&D in a Castle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway. Giveaway Winner will receive their prize as store credit towards the Event and will be required to register as a guest and agree to and abide by all terms and conditions of registration in order to attend the Event. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless D&D in a Castle and their respective partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

Disputes:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Fulton County, Georgia having jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability:

D&D in a Castle is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.
